If you make a request telephonically, we may require you to confirm your request via our email confirmation system to validate your identity. If you submit a request to delete or access personal information, the request MUST be associated with the specific email address associated with your personal information in order to verify that the request is valid and also to protect your personal information. In order to protect your information and because people may have the same name, we will only provide or delete personal information associated with such specific email address. We will not delete the personal information of a person who still owes a debt to Trek, as it is considered personal information related to an ongoing transaction.
